Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker Expansion Postponed

Square-Enix has officially postponed the Endwalker expansion.

Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker is the latest expansion of the MMORPG series made by Square-Enix that offers a variety of interesting content. One of them is a new class, namely Reaper and Sage which will become DPS and Healer.

The expansion was supposed to launch this month, but Game Director and Producer, Naoki Yoshida announced to postpone Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker. Yoshida explained that this delay they did because of his own fault.

The mistake is Yoshida's lack of desire to improve the quality of Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker after playing all its content to be sure.

Yoshida continued that Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker is the most ambitious and biggest expansion in its MMORPG history. He and the team decided to improve on small things from the writing to the quality.

Because of this, Yoshida decided to postpone it from November 23 to December 7, 2021.

On behalf of the staff and himself, Yoshida apologized to fans for the announcement. He has never delayed his announced release date (other than moving from spring to summer some time ago). Yoshida is also aware that many people are taking time off to play Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker.

However, with these minor improvements Yoshida and the Square-Enix team hope fans can enjoy Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker to their heart's content.
