Version 1.4 Genshin Impact Adds Dating Sim Features

Genshin Impact has received a variety of updates that have provided a lot of changes, advantages, and more since its release in the middle of last year. However, if updates 1.1 to 1.3 can be said to be small enough for the game, then update 1.4 which will be implemented in the near future will be one of the biggest.

 

Through its livestream, miHoYo explained that the version 1.4 update of Genshin Impact will add a lot of content that is guaranteed to be eagerly awaited by every player. One of them is a surprise for those of you who like the character but can only admire it without owning it. Yes, miHoYo will grant your love of your character with the dating sim feature.

MiHoYo's Technical Director, Zhenzhong Yi explained that players who have completed the Archon Quest "Song of the Dragon and Freedom" in adventure rank 20 will be able to date with Barbara, Noelle, Bennett, and Chongyun. Players can also enjoy different endings depending on the interactions chosen.

Along with this update, miHoYo also added various mini games such as Bullseye Balloons, Floral Freefall, and Ballads of Breeze. All of them give a friendlier gift.

Meanwhile, The Peculiar Wonderland organized by the Adventurer's Guild will give you more difficult challenges, one of which is random battles, and bosses. Completing it will give you a Peculiar Collab Coupons that can be exchanged for weapons such as the Windblume Ode, the newly added four-star arrow.

Version 1.4 will also explain details about the Abyss Order and the fate of Traveler's younger siblings who, if following the story set by miHoYo, are Lumine. The traveler who continues his investigation with “Bough Keeper” Dainsleif will finally meet the Abyss Herald and learn about the secrets of the Ruin Guard in Stormterror's Lair.

Not only that, miHoYo also added Sister Rosaria from the Favonius Church with her spear weapon and cryo element. He can teleport behind the enemy and summon an ice spear that can do quite a lot of damage to the enemy.

Players will also be able to set the world level for single-player and co-op modes with the addition of a limit of five condensed resins that can be had in their inventory.

Version 1.4 of Genshin Impact is planned for release on PC, Android, iOS, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 (via backward compatibility) on March 17, 2021.
